Professional Fees & Charges

Our fees are structured in a flexible manner to suit the client’s volume of business, the expectations of the clients from our services and most importantly, the charges have a high correlation to the value we add to client’s business.

We charge many of our current clients on a fixed fee basis. The fees are charged every financial year and cover all the services required by the client, including unlimited consultation throughout the year at no extra charge. This has enabled our client to feel at ease while utilizing our services and when they wish to speak or meet with us. If the clients find additional related work that must be done, they can freely request it without worrying about additional costs. Moreover, in this fee structure, our clients are aware of a ‘cap’ on their investment in the accounting, taxation and business consulting services.

For some clients, we also have time-based fees where the nature of the assignment is not repetitive and the work is out of the ordinary business scope of our clients.

Based on our business and pricing ethics alone, this practice prides itself on retaining long term clients for generations of the owners/managers.
